Terms of sale
Who operates this. Before You Go Live is a product published and operated by Launchproof ("Launchproof", "we", "us"). These terms are between you and Launchproof.
What you're buying. The "Before You Go Live — Go-Live Doctrine, Season 1" pack: a downloadable zip containing the combined Season 1 PDF, the standalone Go-Live Checklist PDF, and all 23 individual doctrine PDFs. It's delivered immediately after checkout via a download link, and updates to the Season 1 docs are free — re-download from your post-checkout page any time.
License. Your purchase covers you and your immediate team. Share it inside your company; please don't redistribute it publicly or resell it.
What it is (and isn't). The doctrine is educational material — a distillation of production-readiness practices. It isn't a security audit, a guarantee against incidents, or legal/compliance advice for your specific situation.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD; your bank statement will show INSOMNIAC AGENTS (our Stripe merchant account). Local taxes (e.g. GST/VAT) may be added at checkout depending on your country.
Refunds
If the pack isn't what you hoped, email reid@allegianttechnology.net within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked, no hoops. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Privacy
- What we collect. If you join the launch list: your email address. If you buy: the checkout details Stripe shares with us (email, country, payment status) — we never see your card number.
- What we use it for. Delivering your purchase, honoring refunds, and (launch list only) product emails you can opt out of by replying. Nothing else.
- What we don't do. No sale or sharing of your data, no ad tracking, no analytics cookies on this site.
- Where it lives. Purchase records in Stripe; launch-list emails in private storage on Vercel. Email us to have your data deleted at any time.
